Terms of Use
Last updated: January 1, 2025
Please read these Terms carefully before using SheHelpShe.com or purchasing a membership. By accessing our
services or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in
full.
1. Acceptance
By accessing this website, joining our Facebook Group, or purchasing a membership, you confirm you are at least
18 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services or make a purchase.
2. Services
SheHelpShe provides a paid membership community platform built around our Facebook Group "Women Entrepreneurs
and Founders Helping Each Other." Membership includes access to daily promotional posting, live sessions,
community resources, and the newsletter as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
3. Membership and Billing
Automatic Renewal. All memberships are recurring subscriptions. Your membership will
automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly, quarterly, or annually) at the then-current
rate, and your payment method will be charged automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Billing Notification. By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge and agree that you are
signing up for a recurring subscription. It is your responsibility to be aware of your billing cycle and renewal
dates. Renewal reminders are provided as a courtesy only and not guaranteed.
No Refunds. All membership payments are non-refundable. This includes charges for partial
billing periods, unused access, or circumstances where you forgot to cancel before a renewal date. By
purchasing, you acknowledge this policy and waive any right to a refund except where required by applicable law.
Cancellation. You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account at
systeme.io and navigating to Profile, then Settings, then Manage My Membership. Cancellation takes effect at the
end of the current billing period. Access continues until that date. Cancellation does not entitle you to a
refund for any portion of the current period already paid.
4. Chargeback and Dispute Policy
No Chargebacks. By purchasing a membership, you expressly agree not to initiate a chargeback,
payment dispute, or reversal with your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor for any charge that is
consistent with these Terms. Filing a chargeback for a valid subscription charge constitutes a breach of these
Terms.
Forgotten Renewals. Forgetting about a subscription, failing to cancel before a renewal date,
or not using the membership during a billing period does not constitute grounds for a chargeback, refund, or
dispute. You are solely responsible for managing your subscription and cancelling if you no longer wish to be
charged.
Dispute Resolution. If you believe you have been charged in error, you must contact us through
the Facebook Group admins within 7 days of the charge before initiating any bank or payment dispute. We will
investigate promptly and, where a genuine billing error has occurred, resolve it directly. Bypassing this
process and going directly to your bank will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate
termination of your membership without refund.
Consequences of Chargebacks. If you initiate an unauthorised chargeback, we reserve the right
to: (a) immediately terminate your membership without refund; (b) permanently ban you from future membership;
(c) pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any associated fees, costs, or penalties imposed on us by
payment processors as a result of the dispute.
Evidence of Agreement. By completing a purchase, you provide express consent to these Terms.
We retain records of all purchase transactions, access logs, and communications as evidence in the event of a
payment dispute.
5. Community Standards
As a member, you agree to: treat all members with respect and professionalism; not post spam or unsolicited
promotions outside of designated spaces; not harass or discriminate against other members; not share false or
harmful information; and respect the intellectual property rights of others. Violation of community standards
may result in removal from the group without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SheHelpShe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, including
any charges resulting from your failure to cancel a subscription before renewal.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services or maintenance of an
active subscription after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the
jurisdiction in which SheHelpShe operates.
